Fox Point Farms
Welcome to the Fox Point Farms Affordable Apartment Housing
Website. This will be the only place to find information on the interest
list, timing of when apartments will be coming available and any other
information needed for the affordable housing units.
Fox Point Farms Affordable Housing units will consist of 40
affordable units with the master planned development. Of those 40 units the
breakdown is as follows: 20 – 1-bedroom units, 10 – 2-bedroom units, and 10 –
3-bedroom units. The AMI (average medium income) will be 30% and 45%. This
income level is based on the HUD income limits and can be found on the HUD
website. Rents will range from $1,098 to $1,342 for the smallest and lowest AMI
to largest and highest AMI. Rents are subject to change.
We anticipate a staggered occupancy schedule beginning with
approximately 7 units becoming available in January of 2025 and 2 in February
2025, 4 in March 2025, 1 in April 2025, 4 in May 2025, 2 in June 2025, 2 in
August 2025 3 in September 2025, 3 in November 2025, 3 in March 2026, 3 in June
2026 and the last four in October of 2026. These dates are all subject to
change depending on construction schedule. Please check back
regularly for updates on timing and status of our interest list.
The interest list is available on this website and will not be available at any other location or at the physical
property.
The interest list is currently closed.
We will be holding a lottery on January 3rd, 2025 which will be performed by a third party auditor. All persons on the interest list will be entered into the lottery and will be chosen randomly and placed on the permanent wait list in that random order.
If you are in the top 50 on the permanent waitlist, which resulted from the lottery, you will be contacted to fill out an application to determine eligibility in January 2025. Please note that completing an application to go through the eligibility process does not guarantee approval to move into a home.
We will work our way through the eligibility/application process as quickly as we possibly can, and we thank you in advance for your patience with us as we work through this exciting process.
If you are not contacted in January, that means you are not in the top 50 on the permanent waitlist. If so, we will keep your information for future availability at Fox Point Farms and will contact you at that time.
Please check our website frequently as this is the only location updates are available.
If you are having technical issues applying through our website, feel free to email us directly at
foxpointfarms@conam.net.
